Lululemon is suing Costco, alleging that the low cost wholesaler is promoting knockoffs of its $128 pants and different dear athleisure clothes.

In a lawsuit filed Friday, Lululemon stated Costco has “unlawfully traded” on the athleisure model’s “status, goodwill and sweat fairness by promoting unauthorized and unlicensed attire using knockoff, infringing variations” of its merchandise.

Particularly, the Vancouver-based athletic attire maker says Costco’s private-label line Kirkland is promoting comparable pants, hoodies and jackets at a fraction of the worth.
